The gigantic actor of South India Suman who has got birth and rebirth in his professional career especially after the blue film episode in his life has surpassed 33 successful years and completed 250 films in various languages has traveled against the wind at some point of time.

Coming back to Kannada after ‘Arjun’ Kannada film Suman the tall and well built admiring looks is playing the guest role of an important character in ‘Swayamkrishi’ of multifaceted Veerendra Babu.

In his quick and informative address on Thursday afternoon at the lawns of Rockline Studio Suman appreciated the story line of the director, hero and producer ‘Veerendra Babu’. One has the power inside him. He has to discover it at any point of time and remain self reliant in society. This is what strikes the mind of Suman to accept the film.

In the film ‘Swayamkrishi’ Suman (he is in the get up of Prabhu Deva film get up) wins the Rs.25000 crore government bid. After meeting the chief minister and knowing the good deeds of giving trouble free, pollution free environment of the protagonist he salutes him and goes back.

As a matter of fact the negative and positive roles are like two hands for me. It is coming so often and I am fortunate he says.

On his agenda in life Suman wants to promote the languages like Tulu, Konkani and Kodava. It is only in Karnataka all such languages are existing and languishing. I am interested in doing something he expressed.

‘Swayamkrishi’ is not an extraordinary subject but at the same time it is not an ordinary one. After three days of continuous call I agreed for this film in which I am only in two or three scenes.

Suman the handsome villain in some of the films in South India thank Lord Venkataramana. After donning the role of Lord Venkateshwara all good things happened. I have donned all god roles except Sri Krishna. I am a devotee now instead of doing devotional roles. I have done Sri Sathyanarayana swamy role and now asked for Sri Lakshmi Narasimha in Telugu language he stated.

One of the pride moments of his life is watching the film ‘Elangal’ with M Karunanidhi the chief minister of Tamil Nadu for which he wrote the dialogues. It is because Karunanidhi insisted that I should play the role I had to agree to act in that film informed Suman. Suresh Krissna has directed the film on labor problem that has the music from Vidyasagar.
